Michael Scott fed up with the new boss, Charles, resigns his position at Dunder Mifflin as the Regional Manager and forms his own paper company during mid season 5 of The Office. Attempting to entice the entire office to quit and join his new venture he gets one taker, Pam. Together they ride off to form a rival competitor for the established Scranton paper peddlers.
With no marketing plans but an e-vite to a pancake luncheon, and a few business cards the Dream Team embarks to conquer the paper consumers by selling at prices that no one can beat.
Maybe if Michael had invested in some Michael Scott Paper Company t shirts the company could have been more successful.
